Top positions go to private schools in Matric exams Not a single position holder in the top three belonged to any government school or institution. The Cadet College Petaro secured the top three positions among the boys while a girl student of the Hayat Girls' School secured the first position among the girls. Bilawal, son of M Sadique (seat No 98484), Shahabuddin, son of Atharuddin (seat No 98475), and Rayhan, son of Jamil Ahmed (seat No 98584), were declared as first, second and third, respectively, among the position holders in boys. Among the girls, Yumna, daughter of Mohammed Afzal Shaikh, (seat No 63038) of the Hayat Girls School, Kiran, daughter of Rukhsar Qureshi of County Cambridge School (seat No 63107), and Juveria, d/o Mohammad Hakam of Strong Base High School (seat No 63061), got the first, second and third positions respectively. According to the results announced by the BISE controller examinations Prof Mohsin Atta, a total of 46,725 candidates enrolled for the examination of Secondary School Certificate (SSC Part II) out of which 46,644 appeared in the examination and 39,712 passed it. Hyderabad, July 10: All top positions in the Matric Science Group results of the examination held in March 2009 went to private institutes as per the results announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Hyderabad, on Thursday.
